|CARBONATE FIELD SEMINAR
April 27 - May 5, 2008
Our 25th public Advanced Carbonate Field Seminar on Caicos Platform, southern Bahamas will be held April 27 - May 5, 2008. If you are new to carbonates and need training, this seminar gives you the critical exposure to classical carbonate environments, their facies attributes and reservoir potential, and a scale perspective needed by everyone mapping in the subsurface. If you are more experienced in carbonates, you will be introduced to a platform that has yielded exciting new models of carbonate deposition and diagenesis related to trade winds. These relationships can be related to numerous petroleum case studies, including many western Canadian Devonian and Mississippian reservoirs. Previous participants have come away from this seminar with new ideas for generating prospects or more efficiently developing reservoirs.
Note that the registration deadline is: March 15, 2008.
Last year this seminar was sold out, so register early to hold you place. You must arrive in Caicos no later than the evening of Sunday, April 27, 2008.
I have attached a brochure (in Word) with a registration form:
